Slow Cooker Easy Burritos


Slow Cooker Easy Burritos

In blender puree:
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons steak sauce, 2 tsp hot sauce 
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup salsa
½ cup chopped cilantro
2 teaspoons parsley
1/2 cup spinach

Pour half the pureed mixture in bottom of crock pot and place the chicken breast on top.  Pour the rest of the mixture on top of chicken breasts.

2 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken breasts tenders

Cook in crockpot for 6 hours on high.  Shred chicken into pieces half way though cooking. Serve over corn chips with suggested toppings.

Serve with:
Sour Cream
Cheese
Olives
Guacamole
