Pan Fried White Fish

GF Pan Fried White Fish
Gluten Free, Dairy Free

6 big white fish fillets (I use boneless, skinless, swai fish)
2 eggs
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup Augason Farms Featherlite Flour
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 cup olive oil or enough to cover bottom of whatever pan you are using

1-Mix eggs and milk together in a bowl, set aside

2-Mix flour and spices together in separate bowl, set aside

3-Put oil in pan and heat up oil until hot not boiling.

4-Cut each fish fillet into three even pieces.

5-When oil is heated, dip each fish piece first in egg mixture and then in flour mixture.  Place directly into hot oil.  Fry until fish is no longer pink but flaky on the inside.  It takes about 7 minutes per side.

6- Serve with lemon and sweet potato fries.
