Homemade Syrup




Homemade syrup
Modified from allrecipes

1 ½ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup cane sugar or (coconut sugar cane)
1 1/3  cup water
1/2 cup agave
½ cup karo syrup

Boil 6 minutes, until thickened

3 tsp maple flavoring
1 tsp vanilla extract

Bring all the above ingredients to a boil.  Let boil for about 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.   Remove from heat and immediately add vanilla and maple.  Let cool for 15 minutes before using to cool off.
