Italian chicken with pasta
Ingredients:
8 chicken tenders boneless, skinless (I use frozen chicken)
2 Tablespoons garlic
¼ to ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese,
Put first three ingredients
in large skillet pan and turn on to med high heat.
In blender:
1 ½ cans Hunts garlic and herb sauce.
¼ to ½ cup fresh spinach leaves only
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 stalks of fresh green onion
Put all blender ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour
over chicken already on stove cooking.
Stir sauce with chicken mixture together and let simmer on medium heat
for about 20 to 30 minutes. Serve over
warm angel hair or spaghetti noodles.
