I am the first to admit that I am a busy mom of 4 just like many of you. I love Betty Crocker Gluten free mixes. They give me the flexibility to do cupcakes for my kids for school parties and they don't feel left out.

Their website that I have listed below also offers many gluten free recipes that use these mixes. When you need a yummy treat but don't have the time to really cook from scratch these are a great option.
