It has been a while since I have blogged any new recipes. I guess life was crazy and I just couldn't find the time. These recipe was so good that I had to make the time. Enjoy!
Cinnamon Roll French Toast
Gluten Free/ Milk free
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1 cup vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
3 teaspoons cinnamon
¼ cup sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tsp wilton butter flavoring
1 large loaf of Udi’s gluten free bread (or bread of
choice)
1/2 cup white frosting (I use Duncan Hines), melted (put in microwave for 30
seconds)
Directions:
1-Preheat griddle to 350 degrees and spray with oil
2-Wisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla and
butter flavoring.
2-Dip one slice of bread in egg mixture making sure to
coat each side and place on to hot griddle
3-Cook on each side until nice a browned and egg is cooked
4-Put onto plate, pour maple syrup on top
5-Drizzle with melted frosting
6-So good, enjoy!!!
