Baja Fish-So Yummy!


Baja fish

8 boneless skinless white fish fillets, cut in half (I use swai fish)

½ cup olive oil

½ cup fresh cilantro cleaned and cut into really small pieces

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp onion pwder

1 tsp garlic powder

1-cut fish fillets in half and place flat on plate or pan.  Brush each fillet front and back with olive oil.  Set aside.

2-Mix all spices and cilantro together in a bowl.  Mix well.  Sprinkle each fish fillet front and back on top of olive oil with spice mixture.  Rub spice mixture into fish and oil. 

3-Cook fish in a little olive oil in a frying pan.  Heat olive oil before placing fish into oil.  Cook fish fillets for about 6 to 8 minutes each side. 

4-place cooked fish on plate with paper towel on top to soak up oil.  Eat and Enjoy!
